The house - El arroyo de Pedro Malillo

The building consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms ,kitchen and leaving/dinning room with fireplace.
All bedrooms have access to the garden,to an area with Pergola and kiwis , surrounded by four orange trees and a n small spring.The master bedroom has two beds, on two levels (ground and wood mezzanine) and ensuite bathroom,with shower and bath.The other two bedrooms are each suitable for two people,with separated beds.
The lounge, spacious and very high,is decorated with a set of sofa and armchairs,sorounding an ancient chest,all this near the fireplace and a a large folding glass window. In the back of the room are the dining area and the second bathroom.Finally,the kitchen ,fully equipped,has independent acces to the back of the house.
