Walks around the farm

All the houses are located in a 20-hectare estate, surrounded by oak, ash and juniper trees, with the song of numerous birds such as blackbirds, oropendolas... even eagles and vultures...

In addition, there are up to 4 different walks, of not much difficulty (20-40 mins), that go through every corner of the farm, with a stream, ponds, and environments that will make you disconnect from the noise and pollution of the city.

Rosarito Swamp

The Rosarito swamp is located between the provinces of Ávila and Toledo. It presents an incredible variety of landscapes, from the high peaks of the Sierra de Gredos to the north, to the depression of the Tiétar valley to the south. The Tiétar River is dammed to form the Rosarito swamp, which on its right bank has been declared a Special Protection Area for Birds (ZEPA) and a Site of Community Interest (LIC) "Valle del Tiétar". Heading south, you reach the shores of the swamp, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Sierra de Gredos and its fauna.
Its 45 km in diameter, most of them passable on foot, offer us a multitude of different scenarios for fishing the main sport species, always surrounded by a beautiful natural environment. It is located 13.5 km from the cottages.
